- Tour Schedule – Pick-up and departure times may change depending on weather, sea conditions, port operations, and local authorities. 2. Weather & Sea Conditions – For the safety of all guests, the tour may be delayed, rescheduled, modified, or cancelled due to unfavorable weather or sea conditions. 3. Conservation Guidelines – Guests must follow all local regulations and instructions from tour guides and marine authorities. Touching, chasing, feeding, or disturbing the whale sharks is strictly prohibited.
- Guest Safety – Guests are required to attend the safety briefing and properly use the provided safety equipment. Children and guests with special needs must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Transportation – Round-trip land and boat transfers are subject to operational conditions. Guests are responsible for being at the designated pick-up point on time.
- Personal Belongings – Guests are responsible for their valuables and personal belongings. The tour operator will not be liable for lost or damaged personal items.
- Health & Swimming Ability – Guests should disclose any relevant physical limitations or conditions that may affect their participation. Participation may be restricted when deemed unsafe by the tour staff.
- No-Show Policy – Guests who fail to arrive at the designated pick-up point at the agreed time may be considered a no-show, with no refund or rescheduling unless otherwise approved.
