1. Booking & Confirmation • Booking is confirmed only after full payment is received. • You will receive an instant confirmation via email with your booking details. • Session slots are strictly for the selected date and time. 2. Rates & Inclusions • Stated rates apply per hour, per bay and cover golf simulator play only. • Food, beverages, and bar services are not included in the rates and must be purchased separately at the venue. • Maximum of 4 persons per bay — no exceptions due to space and equipment limits. Larger groups may book multiple bays subject to availability. • Complimentary golf clubs are provided; you are welcome to bring your own. 3. Exclusive 10% Discount on Food & Drinks • 10% discount applies to food and beverage orders placed at the venue bar during your visit. • Discount is valid only for guests with a confirmed golf simulator booking. • Present your booking confirmation at the bar to claim the discount. • Discount cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or discounts. • Discount is non-transferable and has no cash value. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Free Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. • Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to arrive, will forfeit the full booking amount. • Rescheduling: May be accommodated subject to availability; please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed. 5. Arrival & Session Time • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in and orientation. • Your session starts and ends exactly at your booked time to respect the schedule of other guests. • Late arrivals will not extend your session — full end time applies. • Requested extensions are subject to availability and payable directly at the venue. 6. Venue & Conduct • The venue is an open shared indoor lounge with 3 simulator bays — no private rooms. • No dress code — dress comfortably and appropriately for an air-conditioned space. • Be mindful of other guests; keep noise at a considerate level. • Damages to equipment caused by misuse or negligence may incur a repair or replacement fee. • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or personal items left unattended. 7. Weather & Power Interruptions • The venue is fully indoor, air-conditioned, and operational rain or shine. • Backup generator is in place; however, in the unlikely event of extended power failure affecting your session, we will offer rescheduling or full refund at your choice. 8. Age & Health • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. • Please consult your physician if you have health conditions that may be affected by physical activity before playing. 9. Changes to Terms • We reserve the right to amend these terms; latest version will be posted on our booking platform.
